Greek merchant fleet increased by 1 percent in January 2025

The Greek Merchant Fleet increased by 1.0% in January 2025 compared with January 2024. A decrease of 0.2% was recorded in January 2024 compared with January 2023, the Hellenic Statistical Authority said on Friday.
The gross tonnage of the Greek Merchant Fleet, for vessels of 100 GRT and over, recorded a decrease of 2.3% in January 2025 compared with January 2024. A decrease of 4.1% was recorded in January 2024 compared with January 2023.
