Tsoukalas: The Greeks deserve better than a government that 'is incompetent or guilty'

"A year and a half ago we had parliamentary elections and the difference between PASOK and ND was 29 points. Seven months ago we had European elections and the difference was 16 points. In yesterday's poll it is 8 points. So you understand the dynamics that exist. I am sure that when facing the real dilemmas, people will understand that the only realistic option for getting rid of this government is PASOK. Our autonomous course is non-negotiable," stressed main opposition PASOK-Movement for Change spokesperson Kostas Tsoukalas, in an interview with SKAI 100.3 on Thursday.

"Greeks deserve much better than a government that in the eyes of the citizens is guilty of a cover-up and according to its own narrative is incompetent. Whether it is incompetent or guilty, this government cannot stand. We must move towards political change. This is the meaning of the motion of no confidence and obviously the popular verdict is the one that will be the catalyst for political change," Tsoukalas underlined.
