The Supreme Court forwarded to the Greek Parliament on Monday a file of Larissa investigating appeals judge Sotiris Bakaimis on the Tempi train collision case, for review on the possible liabilities of former Infrastructure & Transport ministers Christos Spirtzis and Kostas Ach. Karamanlis.

According to parliamentary sources, the massive file was forwarded on the basis of the law for ministerial responsibility, and is expected to be announced at the Parliament's plenary on Wednesday.

Deputies will have the opportunity to see the documents in the file at a specially designed space at the building's ground floor, in the Parliament president's special secretariat.
