The new round of meetings between the Greek and Turkish delegations in the framework of the Confidence Building Measures took place today, Monday 28 April, in Thessaloniki.

The meeting was organised by the Greek Ministry of National Defence.

The Ministry announced that the delegations consisted of ambassadors, senior and senior officers of the Armed Forces and other officials of the two countries.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the implementation of the mutually agreed Confidence Building Measures activities for 2025 and discussed the planning of activities for 2026.
 
The meeting was held in a good climate, the same announcement said.
 
The next meeting will be hosted in Turkiye.
