The Ellaktor Group registered a 353.8 million euro turnover in 2024 over 808.5 million euros in 2023, down by 56%, due to the non-inclusion of the construction sector and the handing over of Attiki Odos to the Hellenic Republic in the last quarter of 2024, it said in its annual report on Friday.

Pre-tax profit for the Ellaktor Group of companies totalled 87.8 million aginst 116.3 million in 2024, a 24% drop, with a Group EBITDA margin at 48%.

The Group presented a positive operating cash flow at 32.2 million euros in 2024, compared to negative 44.0 million euros during the same period last year, it said.

Group net cash totaled 226 million euros on December 31, 2024, against 308 million euros on December 31, 2023.

Commenting on the results, Ellaktor CEO Efthymios Bouloutas said, "Ellaktor's strategic restructuing created opportunities of highlighting the Group's value through significant divestments of activities. During 2024, we continued our profit-taking path with net revenues of over 57 million euros, while we returned 174 million euros to our shareholders. During the first quarter of 2025, we proceeded to an additional distribution of 296 million euros, or a total distribution of 470 million euros, double the amount of the company's capitalization in the start of 2021. We expect that 2025 will be another profit-taking company, with a focus on completed already announced company transactions and further utilization of our remaining assets."
