Minister of the Armed Forces of France Sébastien Lecornu will visit Athens on Holy Monday (April 14) to meet with National Defense Minister Nikos Dendias.

A tête-à-tête meeting of the two ministers at the Greek Defense Ministry at 09:45 am will be followed by expanded talks between the Greek and French delegations. Joint statements to the press will follow.

In the framework of the meetings, the topics to be discussed include strengthening the Greece-France bilateral defense cooperation, developments in the European defense and industry, and regional and global security issues.

Following the joint statements, the two ministers will pay a visit to the French frigate 'Alsace' docked at the port of Piraeus.
