Patient from Kocani discharged after treatment at Thessaloniki hospital

A 25-year-old patient from North Macedonia, who was transferred to the "Papanikolaou" General Hospital in Thessaloniki on March 17, after burns she sustained during a tragic incident at an nightclub in the city of Kocani, has been discharged.
As stated in a hospital announcement on Friday, "after a long hospitalisation in the Burns Unit and then in the Plastic Surgery and Hand Surgery Clinic and thanks to the excellent work of the medical and nursing staff of the above departments that, with diligence, care and high-level scientific training and experience, handled a particularly difficult incident, the Hospital Administration is pleased to announce that the condition of the 25-year-old patient is considered at a level sufficient to allow her to return to her family."
