Greek, Bulgarian presidents meet on the sidelines of DEF X
President of the Hellenic Republic Constantine Tassoulas met with President of the Bulgarian Republic Rumen Radev on Wednesday, in the context of the 10th Delphi Economic Forum (DEF X).
The two presidents confirmed the excellent bilateral relations and the prospects of further developing them, particularly in the energy, water resources management, and new technologies sectors.
Greece and Bulgaria, they said, could jointly play a significant role in peace, stability, and prosperity of the region based on international law and good neighborhood relations.
Radev congratulated Tassoulas on his election as president and extended an invitation to hims to visit Bulgaria, and Tassoulas accepted while also congratulating Radev for Bulgaria's accession to the Schengen zone.
