Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will speak on Thursday, at 13:00, at the event for the presentation of PPC's new investment plan for Western Macedonia, which will take place at the Kardia Steam Power Plant (SPP) in Ptolemais.
The new investment plan will be presented by the President and CEO of PPC Group, George Stassis.
At 11:00, the prime minister will attend and speak at the event on the theme "Just Transition Development & Entrepreneurship: Western Macedonia is entering a new era", at the headquarters of the Western Macedonia Region in Kozani.
At this event, the Alternate Minister of National Economy and Finance Nikos Papathanasis will welcome the entrepreneurs and the report of the Just Transition Development Programme 2021-2027 will be presented, with the targeted entrepreneurship actions aimed at the transition of the local community to the new production model and a new era.
Following the event, a visit will be made to the Skills Development and Employment Centre in Akrini.
