The Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator announced that from Tuesday, April 1, the summer timetable for the bi-zonal cheaper-rate electricity tariff (previously known as the "night-time" tariff) will begin to apply.
Specifically, the hours of reduced-price electricity for eligible consumers are from 11:00 to 15:00 and from 02:00 to 04:00. 
The summer reduced-rate timetable will remain in effect until 31 October 2025.
The switch to a bizonal system of reduced-rate tariffs, which came into effect as of February 1, 2025, was to offer consumers lower rates at the hours when power is cheapest, as a result of the penetration of RES.
