Rally held at Katerini over deadly train accident at Tempi

A rally was held in Katerini, northern Greece, on Sunday to call for justice in the tragic railroad collision at Tempi.

The rally was attended by 16 families of victims, and the initiative belonged to the Pieria Prefecture Volunteer Action Group. It was held at Eleftherias Square.

Nikos Plakias, who lost his daughters and niece in the accident, and Alma Lata, mother of victim Claudia, called on the public during their addresses to continue to support the families of the victim in their quest for justice.

The rally was followed by a protest march in the city.
