Greece's political system is going through a major crisis because there is a trust problem, SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance leader Socrates Famellos said in an interview with Mega TV οn Saturday and attacked the prime minister, saying that he has a huge responsibility.
Regarding foreign policy, he stated: "Mr. Mitsotakis has unfortunately linked his governmance with Greece’s retreat. Greece has taken steps backwards in terms of geopolitical power and diplomatic initiative. We should not act as a given ally. We should not use covert diplomacy. We should not forget the Cyprus issue when we speak at the UN. Greece should not be absent from a discussion about Libya, as it was absent. Greece should not be absent from a discussion about Ukraine, as it was absent. So I believe that there are serious deficits in the country's foreign policy."
