The youth branch of the Communist Party of Greece (KNE) issued a call for rallies in support of Palestine and against Israel on Friday in Athens and Thessaloniki.

According to KNE, protesters will gather at the embassy of Israel in Athens at 19:00. It will hold a protest at the same time at the White Tower (Lefkos Pyrgos) in Thessaloniki.

"Without warning and in the midst of a 'ceasefire', the occupying terrorist state of Israel is pounding Gaza, bombing apartment buildings, wiping out families, civilians, and children."
