A Mixed Jury Court on Tuesday delivered a unanimous guilty verdict in the trial of Roula Pispirigou for the deaths of her daughters Malena and Irida. The three judges and four jury members found that the 36-year-old mother of three, who was already serving a sentence of life imprisonment for the death of her eldest daughter Georgina, had also murdered her two younger children.
The trial concluded with two sentences of life imprisonment for Pispirigou, who remained calm as the court announced her guilt for the murders of three-year-old Malena and six-month-old Irida, imposing a life sentence for each, in addition to the life sentence she is already serving for the murder of Georgina.
