Dendias attends IDEX 2025 in Abu Dhabi; highlights Greece's defence innovations
Minister of National Defence Nikos Dendias visited Abu Dhabi on Monday to attend the international defence equipment exhibition "IDEX & NAVDEX 2025," in which Greece participates with a national pavilion.
"Greece is entering a new era. We are highlighting the potential of Greek minds to produce innovative products. And to lead the Greek defence ecosystem into a new era," Dendias said.
Dendias inaugurated the Greek Pavilion and met with representatives of the Hellenic Aerospace Security & Defence Industries Group (HASDIG).
"In a few days," he noted, "we will have the opportunity in Athens to present, from the Ministry of National Defence's side, the new armament program so that the Greek people can see the planning based on their own priorities, ensuring that our country enjoys the greatest benefits of security and national dignity."
As part of his visit to the UAE, Dendias met with UAE Deputy PM and FM Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
