Tourism Minister Olga Kefalogianni in Brussels for EU ministers' meeting

Tourism Minister Olga Kefalogianni is due in Brussels on Monday in order to attend an informal meeting of EU tourism ministers' organised by the Belgian EU presidency on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The meeting will focus on ensuring the resilience of the tourism ecosystem and specific actions in this direction, in light of the publication of the European Commission's evaluation report on "The Transition Pathway for Tourism".
According to an announcement, the Member States will be asked to express their views on the content and development of the Commission's evaluation report and present innovative policies and projects that respond to the issues raised by the Transition Pathway. The twofold transition of the sector - digital and sustainable - will be a central theme.
