FM Gerapetritis holds series of contacts in Vilnius, diplomatic sources say

Foreign Minister Giorgos Gerapetritis, who accompanied Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis to the NATO Summit in Vilnius, held a series of contacts with his counterparts, according to diplomatic sources.
In particular, Gerapetritis, on the sidelines of the summit, had meetings with foreign ministers of European countries, namely Estonia, Spain (EU Presidency), the Netherlands and Great Britain.
In this context, the same sources said, three issues were mainly examined:
1) the situation in Ukraine and the need to plan the reconstruction of the country.
2) migrant-refugee, where the European/regional dimension of the issue was underlined
3) relations with Turkiye, in the light of recent developments.
Gerapetritis also met with his counterparts from North Macedonia, Georgia and Moldova.
Finally, the foreign minister had the opportunity to have brief meetings with a number of NATO counterparts, including Turkiye, Croatia, France and Portugal.
