Greek lawyer Ioannis Ktistakis was elected a judge of the European Court of Human Rights on Tuesday.
President Katerina Sakellaropoulou and Alternate Minister of Foreign Affairs Miltiadis Varvitsiotis both expressed their warm congratulations to Ktistakis on Twitter.
