The Prespes Agreement was ratified by the Greek parliament with a majority of 153 votes, with 146 voting against and one deputy abstaining with a vote of 'present'.

In addition to ruling SYRIZA MPs, 'yes' votes to the Agreement were cast by the MPs Thanassis Theocharopoulos, Elena Kountoura, Spyros Lykoudis, Katerina Papakosta, Stavros Theodorakis, Giorgos Mavrotas, Spyros Danellis and Thanassis Papachristopoulos while the MP Grigoris Psarianos abstained, casting a vote of present.
