Defence Minister Panos Kammenos and Alternate Defence Minister Fotis Kouvelis are going to file a lawsuit against Golden Dawn MP Kostas Barbaroussis and the Golden Dawn party at the Supreme Court from moment to moment, Athens-Macedonian News Agency sources said on Friday.
The same sources said that Kammenos and Kouvelis will request that the Supreme Court prosecutor press charges.
Meanwhile, Golden Dawn is considering formally renouncing the MP's positions and expelling him from the party, in the face of a serious possibility that the prosecutor will press charges against its entire parliamentary group and the party.

Supreme Court prosecutor orders investigation into Golden Dawn MP Barbaroussis

Supreme Court Prosecutor Xeni Dimitriou ordered on Friday an investigation into far-right Golden Dawn MP Kostas Barbaroussis, in the wake of his inflammatory remarks made in the Greek parliament.
Dimitriou has ordered the head of the first-instance court prosecution department, Ilias Zagoraios, to launch an investigation and also passed on related articles in the press.
Speaking in Parliament during the debate on the censure motion over the FYROM name agreement, Barbaroussis called on the military to arrest the president, prime minister and defence minister of the country "for treason" and accused them of "not legislating in the interests of the country."
