Government Vice-President Yiannis Dragasakis discussed on Tuesday steps to create a national development bank with the Vice-President of the European Investment Bank (EIB) Jonathan Taylor, during a meeting in Athens. 
Dragasakis presented the government?s priorities after the completion of the second program review, such as attracting, promoting and implementing investments, as a way to create new jobs and reduce unemployment significantly. 
On his side, Taylor said the Bank is ready to strengthen its presence in Greece and help fund investment plans which will be a priority for the Greek government.
